“Our tenancy agreement for the academic year 2016/2017 has come to an end and that is why I would like to write a few sentences about our great experience with our student house rental from Mr. Ian Elias.
We have been renting the property in St. John’s area in Worcester, UK. The property was perfect for us as 3rd year students at University of Worcester. We had no issues with the property during our tenancy period. Ian was an amazing landlord and if any issue has arisen, he immediately solved it for us. Whether it was missing microwave oven in the kitchen, new vacuum cleaner or issue with the heating.
Honestly, we could not ask for better service and interest from the side of our landlord. If there were some checks being done or any repair works, he let us know in advance to be prepared for someone coming to the property.
Overall, we were highly satisfied with our stay and I can only recommend the property, as well as Mr Elias as a landlord. Moreover, our neighbour was the most amazing old gentleman, who has been taking care for our bins for the whole year, even that we were not asking for it and brought us apple pie every now and then. “

“It was my last year at university and I couldn't have asked for better accommodation and for better landlord. The house is in perfect location near by St John Campus as well as plenty of shops (Sainsbury's, Co-op) and it takes less than 15 minutes to walk to the city centre. In addition, the bus stop is literally in front of the house that I really appreciated especially in rainy days. Landlord is really friendly and was in touch with us all the time. Anytime we needed help, he answered/came almost immediately and help us and nothing was a problem. If I had stayed in Worcester for one more year I would definitely like to live there.”
